The company was formed by my very good friend Paul Weinberg and commenced trading in 1982 as Paul Malcolm Insurance.
The company grew first with the introduction of Clive Saffer followed by Richard Craven and Steven Gordon who together formed HCF Partnership in 1990. In 2006, Andy Gibson became a partner followed by myself, Kevin Simmonds in 2007. I was very happy to be able to buy the business from Andy in 2015 and he as well as Paul, Clive, Richard and Steve remain consultants to the business.
