Kevin Simmonds Cert CII (MP)
Managing Director
Kevin began his journey with HCF Partnership in 1999 as a self-employed adviser, specialising in mortgages. Over the years, he has built extensive expertise in both residential and Buy to Let mortgage advice and thrives on solving complex scenarios, always aiming to find the most suitable solution for his clients.
In 2009, Kevin’s dedication and professionalism was recognised when he became a Director of the firm. He now leads HCF Partnership which is a thriving business with a strong reputation for excellence.
Despite Kevin’s leadership role, he remains committed to his roots, continuing to advise both new and long-standing clients. He works closely with individuals, professionals, and corporate bodies, ensuring they have the right protection in place—including Private Medical Insurance. Kevin takes a holistic approach in his advice which has proven especially valuable in recent years, as health and life cover have become increasingly important to clients.

Kevin has been providing expert financial planning advice since January 2011. With over a decade of experience, he now specialises in individual financial planning, with a particular focus on company owners, directors, and those approaching or navigating retirement.
Kevin’s expertise spans investment strategies, retirement & inheritance tax planning, pension solutions, and personal protection, ensuring tailored advice that aligns with each client’s unique goals. He takes a clear, client-first approach, building a deep understanding of the financial needs of both his personal and corporate clients.
Steven Sussman
Director
Steven Sussman is an Independent Financial Adviser with a strong foundation in finance and client-focused planning. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa in 1997, Steven spent a decade in banking before transitioning to financial advice in 2007.
Following his move to the UK, Steven obtained the necessary qualifications to operate within the UK’s regulatory framework, ensuring best practice in all aspects of advice.
Today, Steven helps clients navigate investment planning, pension strategies, retirement income, and estate considerations, with a particular focus on practical, long-term solutions. He also holds the Equity Release qualification, enabling him to advise on later-life lending and related financial strategies.
Steven blends technical expertise with tailored advice to support his clients’ financial wellbeing at every stage of their lives
David Cooper DipFA MIFS
Pension and Investment Adviser
David is amazed and proud to have been working in the Financial Services industry for over 57 years. Following a period of 10 years with Standard Life he became an Independent Financial Adviser in 1980. With the aim to give his clients the best possible service David started his own business in 1987 and then merged with HCF Partnership in 1999. During this whole time David has had the pleasure of working with his clients who over time have become friends.
David specialises in pensions and investments, often putting his experience and knowledge to good use assisting clients with some very complex issues. David does however manage to find time to wind down and particularly enjoys playing league table tennis, bowls, and is a keen photographer.
Daryl Neumann
Mortgage, Protection and Lifetime Mortgage Specialist
Daryl has been in financial services for over 20 years, initially providing advice to his clients in areas such as mortgage, investment and protection. Although Daryl now specialises entirely on Mortgage and Equity Release advice, he believes that the knowledge and experience gained in the early years of his career supports the advice and support that he now provides.
Daryl’s aim is to build lasting relationships with his clients and understand the importance of being there during every stage of their lives. He has a desire to help his clients achieve the outcome that suits them whether that’s finding the right mortgage for their dream home or ‘peace of mind’ funding in later life.
As well as having a busy schedule he likes to find time to travel and these trips are made all the more special when shared with his family.
Geraint Morris
Pension, Investment and Protection Adviser
Geraint joined HCF in 2023, having previously worked in various roles within financial services. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and hold the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, as well as a BSc in Banking and Financial Planning from the University of Northampton. Geraint’s professional interests include pensions, all types of life insurance, and estate planning and is passionate about helping clients make informed decisions.
Geraint aims to provide a thoughtful and professional service that reflects each client’s unique circumstances and goals and takes pride in delivering clear and tailored advice.
Outside of work, Geraint enjoys a range of hobbies including golf, as well as spending time with his family and friends.
Lisa Jordan
Healthcare Consultant
After gaining a good grounding in the financial services industry Lisa joined HCF Partnership in 2007. Since then, Lisa has continued to develop her knowledge and experience, and has proven to be a highly organized, motivated and enthusiastic member of the Healthcare team. Lisa specialises in private medical insurance advice, working closely with her individual and corporate clients.
Lisa maintains high professional standards and aims to do the best for her clients. Her philosophy is to look after her clients in the way in which she would want to be looked after herself and has found over the years that this approach brings about positive benefits and outcomes for her clients and as well as the business she is very much part of.
Richard Revell CeMAP
Independent Mortgage & Property Consultant
After spending many years with a highly regarded high street retail bank, Richard joined HCF Partnership in 2008. Although having qualified as a Financial Adviser in the 1990s he chose to focus his activities specialising in property matters providing bespoke advice and assisting his clients with their Residential and Buy-to-Let mortgage needs.
Richard works closely with his clients from initial enquiry through to completion, using his experience and in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market and lender’s criteria to find the best possible outcome for his clients. This often means solving some complex issues but he always does so by applying his clear logic and great communication skills.
Over the years Richard has built up a reputation for providing exceptional service and as a result has also developed long-lasting relationships with estate agents too, who frequently seek him out to assist their vendors and purchasers.
He enjoys talking with clients and takes particular pride in helping them to understand the mortgage market and the intricacies of property purchase and always remains involved during the whole of the mortgage process.
Outside of mortgages Richard is particularly into movies and music as well as spending a lot of his free time on squash courts and walking his border collie.
Ricky Fox BSc (Hons), Cert CII (MP)
Healthcare and Protection Adviser
Ricky is an Adviser specializing in private medical insurance, protection and mortgage advice.
He takes pride in getting to know each client personally, understanding what really matters to them before finding the right solutions to suit their needs.
Whether its arranging private health cover, protecting a family’s future, or finding the right mortgage, Ricky believes good advice should be clear honest and easy to understand.
With a friendly, down-to-earth approach, Ricky aims to make every step simple and stress-free- giving clients confidence that they are making the best choices for their situation.
Away from work, Ricky is a keen sportsman with a newfound love for Padel. When he’s not on the court, he enjoys family time with his two young sons
Ian Bennett, DipFA MLIBF
Independent Financial Adviser
Ian started his professional life in 1980 with Nat West Bank, and after general training moved into the Insurance and Pension side of planning.
After a couple more years of training, Ian partnered with a firm of Chartered Accountants to provide bespoke advice to their clients, which he did for 20 years.
Thereafter he joined us at HCF Partnership in 2003, where he continues to offer advice across a range of areas, including the specialist Buy To Let Mortgage market, through to Retirement Advice, and a broad range of Protection Planning ideas.

Jack Moses is an Independent Financial Adviser with over 30 years of experience helping clients make confident, informed financial decisions. Specialising in mortgages, equity release, later-life financing, inheritance tax planning, investments, and medical and life insurance, Jack is dedicated to providing clear, tailored advice that supports both immediate goals and long-term security.
Jack’s extensive industry knowledge and client-focused approach have earned him a strong reputation for trust and professionalism.
