An Introduction to HCF
Our story started in 1982 when Paul Weinberg established the company as Paul Malcolm Insurance. The firm grew with the addition of Clive Saffer, Richard Craven, and Steven Gordon, who together formed HCF Partnership in 1990. Andy Gibson became a partner in 2006, followed by Kevin Simmonds in 2007. In 2015, Kevin was proud to acquire the business, and we are pleased that our original partners continue to serve as valued consultants to this day.

Today, HCF Partnership benefits from top-quality advisors such as David Cooper, Ian Bennett, Jack Moses, Richard Revell, Daryl Neuman, Steve Sussman, Josh Tiano, Ricky Fox, and Lisa Jordan, along with my co-director Kevin Honour.
